Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage all project related activities. Your primary goal will be to facilitate the smooth execution and delivery of our technology projects to our customers, while ensuring both company and customer expectations are met. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for the entire project cycle

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to deliver cutting-edge robotic sensing products 
  • Coordinate with all functional areas: product, mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, manufacturing, and quality. 
  • Ensure technical/functional product specifications and prevent scope creep
  • Conduct project meetings and be the primary point of contact for the team 
  • Effectively manage stakeholders – both internal and customers
  • Manage and own project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Identify and raise potential operational risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and resolve issues
  • Change management
  • Coordinate and manage customer site work as required
  • Facilitate the successful project handover to customers 

Skillsets and Experience
  • 5+ years experience in project management - preferably in an engineering/hardware team
  • Previously led the successful planning and delivery of complex technical projects
  • Proven track record of effective budgeting and cost management
  • Technical aptitude/knowledge in some of the following areas: robotics, sensors, software development, controls, electrical/mechanical design, and manufacturing
  • Experience in a hybrid PM environment
  • Adept in PM software
  • Servant leadership - ability to influence and lead a team without direct authority
  • Excellent customer engagement and relationship management skills

Compensation

$90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
